This kid (sounded about 10-13 years old) added me asking if im selling anything because he "had" 25 buds. The Guy then got in a voice call with me as shown, and was asking if i was interested in a vintage big kill he had, after him asking me how much my unusuals where worth i questioned him on why he was trying to sell me this, he quickly unadded me after.

btw, by accepting that call, you gave him your IP adress.
Better hope he doesn't have hacking skills.

Hey, I can also vouch this report. De hello scammed my friend promising Steam game code. He scammed 3 keys, So I couldnt be bothered to report him. After he arrived on a server I admin on. I immediately ask him to return the keys. He said he would however steam was taking too long and there was "error" in trade, After a few minutes he left the server and hoped on a Gaming Australia server. Which I immediately had a heated discussion with people if he was a scammer or not. We provided the information and uploaded it to imgur however I cant seem to find it.

Oh and his name is " ★SCAMMER LOL★ " and is trade ban. He has been continuesly scamming on small communities and he is around 10-12 (he used his mic in game) which just wants greed.

Not enough evidence of his intent here.
