Description:
He posted on my steamtrades thread, offering 20 paypal for payday. After sending the key, he went offline/blocked me, without sending over the money.
Edit: This was on the 19th, it's now the 21st, and I have tried contacting him again, to no avail.

I have marked this thread as need more info.

This guy is pretty dodgy. I just attempted a trade with him and brought up the negative comment. He claimed to not knowing what I was talking about. He was also very very adamant about me giving my key first for his. His positive feedbacks seem to come from him giving keys first and his one negative seem to be from someone else(The OP) giving the key first. I wouldn't recommend trading with FlyingTurtle.

Enough time has been given and the user failed to give the requested information.

As such, I'll archive this report.
