Description: I opened my steam on the 15 feb and saw he had added me, he first tryed to give me 100USD for my unusual hat which was only worth 40USD but he said that i had to go first in the trade as he had more rep which is a fair comment but then i checked out his outpost account and saw that other people where saying that they had been scamed as well so i included them in the "Victims" above, the chat above shows that i saw the outpost comments at 2:23 and when i saw that he said "an unusual" that seems very unclear as to what hes paying 100USD for i think, the outcome for me is that i didnt give him anything and he stoped replaying at 2:28 and i really hope this shows that he is a scammer and i dont want anyone else to have this problem as i did.

There isn't really conclusive evidence here, but I'll put it through anyways given the amount of reports that have been filed on him, this would make good auxiliary evidence.
