The guy adds me to try to buy my Festive Rocket Launcher for 7 USD via Paypal. I knew from the beginning he probably was a scammer and even the Steam Trade System warned me! I warned him that I would report him if he tried to scam me. In the end he finally admits it and also says he scammed other things.

In the third chat pic, he is proven to lie about the items he has bought earlier, but since he confessed in the end, there is not much to say of all the evidence I gathered and I want to spare you unnecessary reading.

So basically, here is the 7 parts of the chat
In pic 3 he is proven to lie about his previous purchases
In pic 5 the trade warns me that others have reported him as a scammer already
Lies about a lot of things, claims he has to urgently go to work in the middle of the night for more than an hour. Also says he's not from the country he's from and claims to be 23.

He does confess in the end that he was trying to scam me, so that should clear everything up. He regrets nothing (neither the previous scams)
My transaction history that proves nothing was sent.

I hope this is enough.

Oh, forgot this, it ties together a minimal gap between chat 6 and 7. (I said I would tick the box and he re-traded instantly wihtout saying a word, still hoping)
