He offered a 10 key hat if I added 8 keys and put a purple Bill's Hat that he said had a Halloween Spell. I know that Halloween Spells show up in the item description box in Steam (not like other data like level on strange weapons or higher than 100 craft numbers) and instantly called him out on that. He immediately unfriended me, didn't even try to insist.
