So I saw this guy while browsing through for Earbud buyers on TF2OP.
He said he was buying buds for 40 dollars as seen in the pictures. I thought he was giving a pretty good deal until I saw that he had only 65 hours on tf2 alone and he claimed he had done over $200 in trades. I was sketchy but still hopeful at first so I wanted to talk to him to see if he'd go first. He said no in spite of the fact that he had only 65 hours while I had 1400+. I offered a middleman but he refused that as well and said that there were people willing to go 45 dollars if they went first.

I thought he was giving a pretty good deal until I saw that he had only 65 hours on tf2 alone and he claimed he had done over $200 in trades ( Both of the trades were on the same day 5 minutes after each other and on his friends list) . I was sketchy but still hopeful at first so I wanted to talk to him to see if he'd go first. He said no in spite of the fact that he had only 65 hours while I had 1400+. I offered a middleman but he refused that as well and said that there were people willing to go 45 dollars if they went first. After a bit of arguing he asked if I would go first and I said no and he unadded me.
No actual items were traded but I'm wondering if a caution tag or possibly a scammer tag could be put on him because his willingness to overpay on buds and wanting me to go first are a bit suspicious.

Sorry for the outside input, but I do have some relevant evidence to present regarding this matter and the legitimacy of this alleged scammer's profile reputation. http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198081279975 One of his comments, "I traded over 70 $ with this dude in TF2, very nice and quick, definetly worth the trade, no scam whatsoever," is from someone who, at this point in time, doesn't have TF2 on his Steam account. http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198034340184/games/?tab=all#0|25
He hasn't just not got the game installed; it's not yet joined his permanent Steam library of games. Therefore there is no possible way in which he could've traded from a TF2 backpack with that account. I'm not sure if this warrants a scammer tag, a caution tag or anything else, but I believe that it's an important observation.

honestly the reason i didnt want to do the trade is because i have seen a lot of youtube vids of people getting scammed by fake middlemen im sorry if you thought that was a scam but now it says ive been reported for a scam when people trade me and no one wants to trade with me please remove that tag

Not evidence, but he we had a trade arranged for a green energy modest. I was to purchase an item off SCM first before we traded. I purchased the wrong this (f✿✿✿ me right?) he removes his item from the market and I say ill buy his. Says no. Says add more keys. I say I can add more in aussies. Says no. Says he doesn't want to trade anymore unless I add 10 keys because he's "impatient" I say No. He says no deal. Blocks me on outpost.
