This person came on my outpost trade (http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/12605977) and said he'd pay me via paypal for my hat. I agreed. He seemed very open and had some rep so I decided to go first. I then waited an hour before confronting him to make sure paypal didn't lag. The money never cam through and he had already re-listed my hat on outpost and removed me.

His name is different in chat because he changed it, this should have been a red flag to me. His steam profile will show all his previous names.
