It leads to a setup.jar which, as virustotal.com confirms, contains a Java Exploit. Here is his IP: 71.191.90.188 (pool-71-191-90-188.washdc.fios.verizon.net probably dynamic) When confronted, he did not even deny it properly.

I have over 500 dollars on my Steam account and because of a hacker this was posted from me. You realize you do not know someone until you walk in their shoes, I basically just wasted a lot of MY parents money.
