Added me and traded me asking for my unusual in chat.
He added a bunch of weapons + a Max Head to the trade, and so I added my unusual. As he asks me to add some stranges, he quickly swapped the max's head with a mad milk. Sadly I clicked make trade just as I noticed, and when I tried cancelling the trade still went through.

This the first time I've been scammed and also my first scamming report, so I was wondering if there was any possibility of me getting my unusual back? Thank you for reading

Sorry, only Steam Support can return items, though they only return ones stolen via hijackings. Nonetheless, I highly encourage you to also report this scam to Valve. Hopefully they will trade lock his account.
