Tried to scam my misty skull tossle (sorry i didn't get the trade screenshot, i was too mad that it wasn't a real offer).
He's already been reported a ton of times for quick-switching i'm just adding some more info.

Thanks for your report. This user already has been marked and accepted multiple times, but I'm afraid I have to reject this one due to lack of evidence. While I'm pretty sure he would be attempting to scam you in your report, evidence is everything I'm afraid.
