Description:

Raizer added me to friends list and offered me $34 via PayPal for my #4 Delinquent's Down Vest. I had a listing for the item on tf2outpost.com. He asked if I would go first. I first verified that the person I was speaking with was the same from Source OP and from SteamRep.

I then agreed to go first as he had a considerable amount of reputation on SourceOP.

As soon as we traded for the item, he removed me from his friend's list. I have not received any payment for the item.
