On a trading site dota2lounge, I set up a trade with 5 normal keys in exchange for new keys. Shortly after I received a friend invite and accepted it, thinking it was related to my reqest. I was offered the wardog by "avok7", and after seeing the unusual tag I decided 10 keys was not a bad price for it, not wanting to pass the opportunity to help out.
As soon as the trade was completed I entered into a game to check out the effect, and was disappointed.

I would like to give more info about this , The Scamer find the way to trick out the victims by changing the name of the courier to a unusual courier, its just a normal courier with a tag :S Normal courier cost 1/2 keys
Keep this in mind people , if you were trying to get a unusual courier , the name color will be purple not white like this.
well i wish you luck in your case, please submnit your Report on Steam suport too i think you can recover your stuff that way
