Criminal Exploitation messaged me after seeing my M9 Bayonet Fade knife (Factory New) on the community market. He persuaded me with instant cash ($350) through Paypal. He told me I could withdraw the cash first and then trade him the knife. This made it sound like a good deal to me since I was able to withdraw the money beforehand. It definitely eased the red flags that went up previously. I told him I had a middle man (I really didn't, but "Solabeck!" is a real person on my 'friends' list) and tried to scare him a bit that story to see if he'd back out, but he still wanted to go through with it. Him still wanting to go through with the trade made me confident that he wasn't trying to scam me. He sent the money and I immediately withdrew it thinking there was no way he could take it back since I started the withdrawal process. I felt safe and then traded him the knife. A few hours later when I check my Paypal account, I see that he is reversing the transaction. I had no idea that could be done and well now I'm about to lose the $350 promised.
