    ok so he added me and said "hi, need ef wardog?" i said i could not afford it, and then he looked in my bag and said that he wanted my manta blades and spirit of calm, i know that he was either trying to scam me, or was joking. he then traded me and put up a wardog with a name tag and description tag, that made it look like it was unusual. I confronted him and then he went offline.

    By the way, you do know that it is the holiday season, right? I'm sure the moderators and admins have stuff to do outside of SteamRep as well.
    Remember, they are volunteers, they are not paid to do this. If you think you need to, you could always report to another trading community or directly to Valve.

    Im a new Mod here on SR. But with this response from you, Im sure that admin will not take your report seriously. You don't realize that we have over 1,000 reports a month and only 6 admin to review them all. I would take a pill and chill out until someone has a chance to review your report. Sorry for your wait. There is nothing more I can do for you. I will mark ready for review and we will let the admin deal with this.
