I had a listing on outpost for my australium medi gun. He messaged me offering $95 for it and I accepted. I sent him the gun and he said it would take a few hours for the paypal transaction to go through (which isn't true). I began messaging him to return the item or pay up, and he went offline. He came back online and sent me a trade. He included the medi gun but cancelled the trade at the last second. He clearly has no intention of returning it or paying me.
