    What happened? Description:
    Trusted Steamrep and Steam user that was level 100 paypal scammed me. He sent me all of his info and even said that he was ok with me recording the transaction.​

    Paypal is instant, you wait at MOST 3 minutes. It only takes a few days if you are moving money from your bank account to paypal or vv. or Credit Card etc.
