What happened? Description:

User added me for trade.
He offered me paypal money for my knife.
His account was looking legit.
We argued and after consulting a friend of mine i agreed to go first.
I gave him the knife.
He didn't send the money and blocked me.
He removed me from his trade group after.
He changed his custom link.
He changed the whole look of his profile and made it public again.
I've added pictures of his old account.
I've linked a youtube video that i recorded of the trade.​

this is supposedly his primary account

Actually, this is not "his" account. I purchased keys a few days ago from the accused and was told to join that steam group to leave rep. He later on promoted me to leader of that group before leaving. I have already spoken to Devil_Bringer on steam about this. Would appreciate it if you updated your comment

The statement by this user is correct. We did have a conversation and it appears he is not the suspect on an alternate account.
