    What happened? Description:
    So i added this guy on CSGO Lounge to buy CSGO keys. I sent him the money on paypal via purchases and services. He claimed that it will take 21days for the money to be available to him and asked me to chargeback. He can refund the money on his own but he refused to and claimed that he do not know how. When i chargedback, i opened a dispute and he claimed that he do not know how to respond to the dispute. So does this mean my money is gone? Seems like he is all out to scam me afterall.​

    Seriously this needs to be addressed. 3 reports now and no response from steam-rep as of yet. He is buying/selling keys from well known traders for +rep on steam, and then scamming low-tier traders.

    He reversed the payment after i told him i reported the fraudulent case to the local police. However, i still want to report this guy.
