A quick question about scam reports (admin please)

Hello, everyone. I am new to this website and came across it recently after I was scammed. Anyways, my question is this: I closed the chat of the guy that scammed me (about 6 days ago) and have no way to access it. However, I did save the entire chat log to a .txt file before closing it. Is this still considered evidence that I was scammed and could be put into a report here on this website? An admin answer would be fantastic c:

Well that is unfortunate. I guess I am out of luck and will have to rely on people he has scammed in the past to get banned here :/

^That is the user that scammed me. But yeah, he has had a few reports from others, but since I only have a text file of the chat, I can't do anything here.
I also have reported him to steam, but... nothing done. They just sent the typical "read our policy" message and that was all.

I forgot to mention that I also do have the inventory trade as a screenshot (from my profile). But the only thing i don't have is screenshots of the chat. Only the .txt file but yeah.
