Account trade banned?

    Hi guys, i've traded for a lot, and i can't understand why valve ban just the account who gets report, and it doesn't ban alt accounts. Sometimes people put items on an alt account and the main got ban with 10% of scammed items. Why valve doesn't ban alt account too?

    Sorry about grammar but i'm not english.

    For Valve sees alt accounts as been used by "siblings" or w/e. Each account has therefore its independent "owner".

    But on occasions they do go after them. Mostly in phishing/hijacking scenarios.
