Appeal description:

Bought this account about two-three years ago, it was banned, it didn't matter then, but now I want to trade/bet and I can't..

I saw that I was banned only after a year having this acc

p.s. As I saw here, previous acc user only tried to scam, but he didn't stole anything.

And another problem is that I placed some items in bets of CS GO lounge, suddenly got banned there(because of steam rep ban), and can't get those items back..
