This is a mess.
1. Appeals can only be done with their own account. So you can only appeal for http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198136797732 and you put in the info of one of your other accounts.
2. That account you put in top, is marked for being a alt, and has no offenses.
3. You have other tags on other accounts you linked. and a variety of offenses over them: paypal scamming, impersonation, fake repping.
4. You say via the form to have repaid your victims, yet you don't have any of them reply here that you actually did.

I'll revisit this later for my decision on how to proceed.
