Appeal description:

It's been one and a half year since I scammed and got steamrep banned. I blame no-one else than myself for my actions, and what I did was truly wrong. I've changed in those one and a half year, and I wont ever scam again.
If I can find the victim, I will gladly pay him back what I took from him.
Since it's been this long, I think I deserve a second chance.

As you asked, here is proof of me paying the scammed user back.
We talked everything through, and he even said he hold nothing against me, however, I told him that I would pay him back anyways. It's all clear, and awaiting next step now

Everything I can do now is done. Only awaiting the yes/no answer from admin. Scammed user have been paid back with a screenshot provement in the reply above.
