Appeal Reason: [Evidence] Fake - Report had falsified evidence

Victim Repayment: No, I committed no fraud or had no direct victims

None, Only accounts logged on from my house would be an occasional friends account, no other accounts are used for trading , idling or socialising, other this mine.​

Appeal description:

This occured over 2 years ago, and was a problem with the steam trading system,

I must point out that 2 years ago ( or longer when this happened) you could not trade games in the trade screen, and some level of trust was needed when buying / selling games. Unfortuantly i got stung by someone on this :c.

I had arranged for a friend to recieve a game from someone, in return i was going to pay a set price ( i believe we agreed on a certain ammount of items/hats ( tf2).

The game was gifted to my friend, correctly and in a fast time. which ofcourse he accepted. However when i went to pay for the game, the guy then asked for even more then we had agree'd upon. When i said to him that i will not pay more then we had already agreed, he refused to accept my payment and then told me how if i didnt pay more he would report me for scamming, obviously i refused and thought i wouldnt be punished for his scam attempt, However it seems that SR felt i was guilty and therefore banned me.

Unfortuantly his story was backed up by a IRL friend who had fallen out with me at the time, and wished to spite me. We are now once again friends, and have chuckled at the childish dispute and results, but as Dota2Lounge ( a trading website i have been using for over 2 years without issue) now has used SR to judge others, i have been Auto-banned for my "Fraud Tag" Which is unjust.

Long story short, i didnt scam, and actually feel i was the victim in a scam attempt, but as i was " too smart" / saw the bigger picture and refused to pay extra, he stung me on a techincality. i TRIED to pay him what we agreed, and he refused to accept it. However, after he refused to accept payment, we did get into an arguement ( for good reason i say, the guy was threatening to try and get me reported, and at the time i was trading 7-8 hours a day, for like a year and a half straight with ZERO problems.) Alot was said that shouldnt have been, insults and false threats ect. These i regret and would happily make an apology if presented the oppotunity, however id also appritiate an appology for the false charges that have caused me so many issues and explainations, although i wont hold my breath.

So i ask SR to lift / take back the Fraudulent/Scammer tag that ive been falsely given. Because:
1: I didnt commit the alledged scam, i just would overpay however was unable to refund a gifted game, HE refused payment, not me. :/
2: The "evidence" that was used to report me was unjust and falsified, the main "witness" was a "TW Nime" Who was , and is a childhood friend, who agreed to spite me due to a IRL disagreement, this i highly suspect he would admit to if needed,
3:The issue that started this was an outdated trade method, which since then valve/steam have realised and allowed game trading within the safety of a trade window.

Btw i would like to point out , the game in question was "refunded" ( Taken from the account and the funds given back to the buyer) By valve, upon my request ( along with the buyers i imagine). And over $800 in Unusuals were taken from me when the inventory was wiped. This is a pain i have long since dealt with and come to calm down, but having $800 removed from me, and more importantly my reputation with no real evidence as i did not commit the alledged crime? That sucks ...​

Just realised, my Smurf Dota account ( used for playing with friends who are new to the game) could be classed as an alt acc even tho not used to trade/chat - Ill post its details when SteamRep will let me log in with it :/ ( its currently having issues :c)

This is my smurf account used for gaming with friends, never done trading on it - never really done much other then dota .

Steam rep wont let me login on this acc, so i thought id just register it and hopefull an admin or whomever can pull any needed details

I have attempted to do so, but it seemed not to update, i will try to rectify this issue, and if possible i will try to post the "block" of ID for my other account as requested .

Please let me know if i can be of any further help . I obviously wish to speed along the process where possible. Its not fun being unable to trade on your favourite sites for something tht wasnt ur fault.

Any update? Been waiting a mighty while :/ - i dont wanna cause any issues, but id appritiate being kept informed where possible,
