Appeal description:

I feel deeply sorry about scamming KatPolice.(The forum related to the ban http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/report-76561198042249249-tf2-team-fortress-2-items.111668/ ) I would like to make it up to the user and pay them the money I owed (and possibly more if required). I would like to get in contact with him and pay him the money, but I would like to have a middle man in this transaction this time. I will be giving back the 5 keys he gave me or $10.25 in Paypal. For the admin/mod reading this, Can you please add Katpolice (Steam id: 76561198146174454) And tell him The Troof wants to make it up to him. I would add him myself but I think he blocked me and a prefer for someone who has authority be here when we make the transaction. I would also like to state that the alt account stated that also got banned is not mine. It belongs to a friend that I rarely become in contact with. So if I don't get banned in this appeal could you at least unban my friends account. He doesn't trade much but I would still like him to be unbanned.

For the mod/admin reading this I am just going to recap what happened.
I added Katpolice
I apologized
Then I sent him $11.00 USD (I owed him $10.25 USD)
Then he showed proof I paid him.
Now admin/mod its up to you to decide if I get unbanned or not.

Don't unban he got to cheap out of this beeing a criminal. He's still a scammer.

I would also like to admit to faking the screenshots I used in my report.

If I can get the victim to give me the money back and then I can give him his keys back. Will that work?
