    Appeal Reason: [Accounts] Hijacked - My account was abused by hijacker

    Appeal description:
    This happened a long time ago, so I might not be able to remember the whole thing.
    What happened with the hijacking was I let one of my friends play a game on my computer or do other things, then the group notifications screamed that "don't click the link" that the hijacker sends. Apparently my friend had gotten the message on my account and clicked the link and already entered in the username/password. When I had came back, he had got no "free game" for me that the hijacker said that the site would give. He thought that he would get it later, but he didn't tell me anything and already closed the site. The next day, the password was changed and I couldn't log in at all. I had no clue what happened, so I called him and asked him what happened. After telling me everything, I had already lost all hope. Though, I have gotten my account back. I cannot provide a picture of the chat, as it happened a long time ago and I am currently on a different computer.

    Since then that I have found out that I have been marked as a scammer and banned on SteamRep, I have never wanted to trade again, and soon I'd like to collect items on CS:GO and trade, but nobody shall trust me (if the server has steamrep on it) since I have been marked as a scammer.

    Hello PARAL(ASYS),

    You claimed to have been hijacked in your appeal. You will have to back this claim with evidence by providing screenshots of the steam support ticket.

    We have some requirements:
    - Screenshots of the steam support emails are NOT accepted.
    - Screenshots must show ALL replies of the ticket ON the Steam Support site from top to bottom
    - Screenshots must show the entire browser in the screenshots.

    You will have to edit out your personal information that could be mentioned by you in the ticket. You may have used this kind of information to Steam support that you are indeed the owner of that account, by knowing information that only the owner of that account could know.

    The things you need to BLOCK OUT are:
    - Credit Card or other payment information
    - Real name, address, phone numbers, those kind of things.
    - Steam Login name
    - CD keys, Steam activation codes, game activation code information etc.

    Blocking out is simple, open the image in a editing program like paint (Start menu, type PAINT and start that program, open the image with it or right-click the image wherever you have stored it, and select EDIT).
