I used to live with a roommate and this is his steam profile. I don't know why it was listed as an alt account on my profile but I assume it's from the same IP which is no longer the case and hasn't been the case since 2015.

Appeal description:

I purchased keys from the following two people; http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/report-76561198049958645-csgo-counter-strike.133119/ and http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/report-76561198049958645-csgo-counter-strike.133144/ and the bank & PayPal disputed the charges. I used my brother's PayPal and his bank called him saying there was unusual activity that did not match previous payment patterns and it looks like fraud. The bank disputed all payments thus causing PayPal to also dispute the charges due to the bank telling them it was unauthorized. After realizing everything was disputed, I tried to work with each seller to get it all cleared up. The disputes were closed on PayPal in the buyers favor due to bank calling claiming fraud and each seller got the exact amount of keys traded back to them to fix the problem.

I confirm the receipt of the keys he owed, which his brother paid back.

I have also received 100 keys back from his brother.

1. Posted below under "Case Details". Also note the time between date of transaction and date of complaint was the pending process from bank and paypal so all money was in neither mine nor sellers hands until case closed. Once cases were closed, my brother contacted the sellers and got them a full refund.
2. What are you referring to? I believe I followed the format properly posting my alts and the inventories and profiles are not private.
3. Yes, he was also caught up in this bank mess but there was no steamrep report to my knowledge so I am appealing for the two that were reported. Both myself & my brother have tried contacting him to get him his refund as well. However, he blocked me on steam and any contact I've tried to have with him has been refused. When my brother added him at the time he also added the other two people in this appeal, he has refused to say anything or respond to any of his messages. We are both taking this as if he wants nothing to do with me or wanting a refund. My brother made it clear he wanted to get him the keys owed but no response has ever been sent from Doom2508. Again, history issues but this is the latest history with him below named doom2508 (still no messages from him)

Hey, it took a little longer but I just got my keys back too. Here is a screenshot of the accepted trade.

As of last night, I received a scammer tag on LethalZone. I know the rule is to appeal partner websites before appealing SR bans and I do note I made this appeal before I had a tag from them. I made an appeal on their website as of this morning and it was denied within an hour with no chance of my responding to any posts due to the admin immediately locking it and archiving it. I am unsure how to go about this and have sent him a PM trying to explain the situation in more depth since I can't post on the appeal thread. I do not know how this affects my appeal on SR so please let me know my next steps if I need to do something else.

You told me previously that I could use the ShowToGroups tags to make my stuff private, is it possible to make the attachments private? Each seller individually asked me to keep their information private.
To note once more, the PayPal account is my brother's and his bank is linked to it. What my brother told me is that he got a call in the morning about 8 suspicious payments that didn't match his monthly payment patterns and that they looked unauthorized. After this, an inquiry was put into each payment and a new card issued to him. What more detail would you like?
The first dispute was PayPal initiating it because it looked like a fraudulent payment, the same reason why the bank called my brother. No disputes were created by me personally and I tried to stay in touch with each seller to keep them updated with the situation until they received a full refund.
