I truly promise to never scam again. My friend who I have gifted this account to doesn't scam, and he has changed the password, making it impossible for me to take back the account and scam again. If you look at the trade history of the account, my friend does not trade often if even at all. He also promises not to scam again. He simply wishes to play again on a multitude of servers in which he has been banned for my faults, and I sincerely apologize for any harm done.​

Could anyone please just look at this and give me a reply of any sort? Even if it's a denial, I just want to know if I'm never going to be allowed to have a non-scammer title for the rest of my account's life, as I have really been screwed over by this and had to find out how to contact my friend after a couple of years without talking to write this appeal.

Your post is somewhat confusing.. so.. To get a few facts straight. You mentioned that you gifted the account to a friend, correct? And I assume you are referring to this account:

The one you are mentioned earlier. You also mentioned he (your friend) changed the password. If that is the case, how were you able to create an account here on SteamREP through steam?

Or did you mean a friend has gifted the account to you? Please elaborate.

I am the one who was gifted the account, but I got in touch with the person who gifted the account to me and allowed him to fill out the application using my account. I haven't been able to talk to him after that because he gave the account to me after he was told he would be going back out into the army. That account is the correct account.
