    Appeal description:
Here I am again, making a new appeal on request by You Are The One. ( http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/76561198101540570-76561198066524368-sr-scammer-tag-on-old-main.49616/ )

Alright, so basically my story from my previous appeal still stands, as that is what happened. But I also want to show that I'm in full control of this account again. I was hijacked about 3 years ago by Mrs. Freakaccident<3, apparently a known hijacker. I got reported and this account was ruled out as a scammer alt. I made a new account "VCrow" to start without that scammer tag to try and start all over again. But to no avail I got banned there aswell because I was another "alt". The hijacker used my account to trade stolen goods and then trade it back to his account. I will provide full screenshots of some of the trade history.

I hope this helps, and I hope I'll get a fair chance this time!
    Thanks in advance.

    Hello Überlegion,

You claimed to have been hijacked in your appeal. You will have to back this claim with evidence by providing screenshots of the steam support ticket.

    We have some requirements:
    - Screenshots of the steam support emails are NOT accepted.
    - Screenshots must show ALL replies of the ticket ON the Steam Support site from top to bottom
    - Screenshots must show the entire browser in the screenshots.

You will have to edit out your personal information that could be mentioned by you in the ticket. You may have used this kind of information to Steam support that you are indeed the owner of that account, by knowing information that only the owner of that account could know.

The things you need to BLOCK OUT are:
    - Credit Card or other payment information
    - Real name, address, phone numbers, those kind of things.
    - Steam Login name
    - CD keys, Steam activation codes, game activation code information etc.

Blocking out is simple, open the image in a editing program like paint (Start menu, type PAINT and start that program, open the image with it or right-click the image wherever you have stored it, and select EDIT).

They've never reverted any trades, I didn't have any confirmation seeing I can't see who was on my account by what IP, but Steam should've seen that I quit for around 1-2 weeks and haven't logged in, and then suddenly it logged in from a different IP several times and then after that I only logged in from my IP. So nothing really happened after that ticket.

Also I think they couldn't revert it because there were alot of trades going on in a short period of time and I've never had any unusuals at that point, at that point I just had unique hats and some painted stuff, which were traded later on. So I think they couldn't really distinguish from which items were actually mine.

There was never a password change, I guess I just have been phished since he didn't have access to my e-mail. Maybe he noticed the lack of activity on my account , because I got hijacked when I was done with gaming for around 1-2 weeks.

So what exactly happened? Did he hijack your account, or not?

He did, I wasn't involved in any trading of scammed unusuals at all. I have a screenshot as when I did my last trade, which was on 12 nov 2012, and then suddenly out of nowhere on 18 dec I get a Misty Skull Noble Amassment of Hats from Mrs. Freakaccident.

I don't know the exact time of when I lost access, since I quit steam for a few weeks. Around 24 december I logged back in, only to see damage was done and almost nothing left on my account.

Please list all of your alternate accounts, as well as those which may be wrongly linked to you (with an explanation), by their SteamRep blocks.

Can you provide us with a timeline of when you were hijacked, when things happened, and when you recovered access to your account, with details on how you lost access and how you recovered it?

As stated earlier, I did my last trade on 12 nov 2012 before I quit. I had been trading for maybe a year max, I decided to quit so I could socialize more with friends at that time. Then the hijack happened as far as I think around late december, when the stolen items from Mrs. Freakaccident were transferred to my account. Then he went on to use my account for around a few days and then traded his things back when my account was marked. A day or 1-2 passed after he left my account when I decided to check back in TF2. At first I had to login which was weird, seeing I had remember password on. I dismissed it and went on to find most of my valuable stuff gone and a fresh scammer tag. And that happened around 3 years ago.

So you don't have a Steam Support ticket, and you claim the hijacker never changed your password. You claim you became inactive on 12 November, and some time after that the hijacker took over. You recovered your account, but you didn't say when.

Do you have any evidence you were in fact hijacked, and not yourself working with the hijacker as an alt/fence/mule?

I "recovered" (as in logged back on) somewhere around 25 dec 2012. I'd show you that it has been logged onto from a different IP. but I don't have any access to that in any matter. And what kind of "evidence" are you looking for? Steam Support said they couldn't find anything, but they never even showed me what IP logged onto my account. They claim there's no info on my account being compromised, but I assume they thought I logged in from a different computer seeing my email was completely fine, and nothing was changed in the account except for the suspicious trades done. And to my knowledge the report that got this account banned ( http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/76561198055778011-mrs-freakaccident-3.17122/ ) is the only known report against me. As far as I know there are no other reports for scamming or other offenses to this or my other account. (VCrow). That's about all the "evidence" I can find. Maybe it's not enough for a unban, but perhaps for a downgrade to caution.

So what you're telling me is you did not log in at all between 12 November and 25 December 2012, except for the hijacker logging in from a different location?

I believe so, if Steam could give me IP logs that would be most helpful. But as I can recall from memory, that's what happened.

Looking at your trade history on TF2 Outpost, I see 3 trades that were created during that timespan, indicating you were not hijacked. One on 19 November, one on 7 December, and one on 21 December (I attached screenshots in case you can't see them). They don't look like hijacked items. Explain?

I might have created the one on 21th december, it was 3 years ago so I'm not really sure. But those hats were already on my account, he transferred those later. (as seen in the trade log screenshot #2). But the things he left on my account were a few untradeable, and a few stray hats.
