Appeal description:

Some time ago i tried to scam some people, but i was banned on steam rep. I made a appeal were i lied that my account was hijacked.http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/appeal-76561198102161833-a-g-blackoutmenace-banned-by-sr.111125/. The trut is i realise i have made a mistake and i want to fix it. Now, after 1 year i make another appeal where i try to explain what was happening. I made this appeal really late because i want to post enough evidence that i have change my heart. In this time (when i was banned) i give away a lot of free stuff or free games for a lot of people, specialy for person who i tried to scam in the past to apologize. Please help me with my problem, and sorry again for my mistake.

Please do not remove it and give me a second chance. Or give me permision to edit my first appeal. In 2 years sience i have rep i didn't scam again. I made a mistake when i try to scam and i regret it. ((((​
