Appeal description:

I haven't Done any scam attempts or any but some how my steam account was banned i don't why but i just play on internet cafe and maybe tracked the IP address. then i just receive trade ban and i don't know why. can you reply on any of my messages.. i donated on my friend. and also sell on my friends here in Philippines. can you apparently unbanned me because i haven't do anything.. i even dont know who is that guy but to be honest i haven't done something wrong. but if i do. i am willing to buy them items that i need. Some how also i +rep . i dont even know who is he but he just talked to me to say +rep. in other words in pinoy he said. pa +rep po!., that what he said. i dont know that he is a scammer.​
