    Victim Repayment: No, I committed no fraud or had no direct victims
    Previous Appeals: Yes, I appealed here before and the admin told me to appeal again at a later date    ​

    there is my friends alternate account who was a scammer but he loggined into his account on this computer 76561198058564344​

    Appeal description:
    my friend loggined into his account on my computer a few days because he was staying with me and he was a scammer and i got banned because my friend was a scammer and i was not and i got banned like i have an "alternate" account​
