Appeal description:

Okay, so my previous appeal: http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/appeal-76561198129192925-haitaitai-banned-by-sr.116703/ was denied with the closing statement being "Ya, no way this appeal can ever be accepted then."

Before I start, if possible, as I've read in the FAQ, I'm asking if another admin can review this case and make a judgement, and possibly have a one on one interview with me. Thank you.

I've back back not to try and intentionally bother anybody, but to ask for another review. I admit that I did try to scam somebody a while back, that's factual. However, note that it was an attempt and not an actual scam and no items were stolen. Can we please question the severity of the ban, and if possible, lower it to caution as this was a one-time off attempt and I have definitely learned my lesson and will never commit any more fraudulent activities in the future.​

Unfair appeal. Note: A different appeal admin will review your original appeal and decide if their is enough to grant you a new appeal.

I just feel like my ban was a bit 'severe' and my previous appeal was handled harshly as although I did commit a bad action, no items were stolen and morally, I learned my lesson in the end. I'm asking for a second chance in the form of possibly lowering my ban to at least a caution.

Please try and maintain your anger, I don't want to upset anybody.

The moral of all of this is that I've learned from what I've done and I think that I deserve a second chance in the form of being put to 'caution' for a start. That's only fair.

"You get one chance to show a change of heart, that's it; if you don't accomplish that in your appeal, you're out of luck. Appeal reviews are intended to be a quick 3rd set of eyes checking that procedures were followed, and evaluating your claim to whether you have merit to make a new appeal, that's all, not a new appeal in itself."

So, 'change of heart' by which you mean having a different perspective in that incident right? If so, then definitely as I explained in my original review. All in all, although I could go on for ages, I now truly understand that scamming is horribly wrong and I, unquestionably, will never try to scam anybody ever again.

So, you're saying that I didn't accomplish that in my appeal? I'm not really sure how else I could show that I was guilty and upset for that attempted scam.

I don't really want to cause any controversy, but why have the option of 'change of heart', which I did but then say "Ya, no way this appeal can ever be accepted then." For what reason? I tried my very best to show that I did indeed have a change of heart for the subject and understand what I did wrong and fixed the issue, but to no avail.

I know you admins have a lot of other stuff to do, but a reply would be nice :c
