    Appeal description:
    Hello. Recently my account was accused of being alt account of Борис "DJ Боря" Борисович and banned. The account stated before used to be mine until about 2.5 years ago when I quit gaming for my studies and I gave it away to my little brother. After I saw reports on that account I asked my brother if he had anything to do with it and he answered no (I really doubt that) and he's using a new account because as he said he got trade banned "for nothing". I've tried recovering the account recently, but email and password is changed and I've got no response from Valve yet. Also, my friend Frosbo got banned for the same reason even though he has nothing to do with it (maybe because I have wrote +rep comment on his profile). I don't really know any more proof that I could provide, but if admins request any I'm sure I can get it.​

    Also, my backpack.tf history might me suspicious: http://backpack.tf/profiles/76561198129840399. As you can see I had ~270 USD in my bacpack just when account was created it's because I've won ~700 hats from tip of the hats (you can see past owner in the history)

    In the eyes of SR, its your account, you can only appeal with that account, saying that... you cannot appeal while trade banned by valve. Also, the bro excuse is very unlikely to hold up either under the circumstances.

    1. cannot appeal with an alt, must appeal with original account.
    2. cannot appeal while trade banned
    3. giving the account away does not negate a banned tag, you are still liable
