Appeal description:

I have only scammed once (on Fact Dispenser), and I have talked to both Niemand (scam victim), ScoutBonk444 (First alt filer), and [BKC] Stop Changing My Name (scammer report filer).

They three unanimously agreed, if I paid Niemand back, I would not be seen as a scammer by these three, to the very least.
I have already paid 20% (or 5 keys) to Niemand about 1-2 weeks ago, and will be paying the rest very soon. I have made an announcement apologizing for the scamming.

On the case of the rocketfling incident, I have stated very clearly, Donut (the gift sender) WILL send me 2 buds. The gift sender and me talked, and he has pledged to. I have been stating that very clearly to InfinitySnail (the 2nd "victim"), and I even told him when the buds will arrive (June 5).

It was on his fault that he did not reach out to me for clarification, and while I did not take note on a possible SteamRep filing, I did not provide evidence. You can always reach to him for proof, as I didn't lie in here.

No matter whatever the outcome, please re-accept me, as I have learnt from my mistakes, and will never, ever, scam again.
