Appeal description:

You keep saying I was dodging questions but I just didn't see them. I will happily repay the kid with skins or even PayPal. I forgot that I in fact did block him and I just assumed he had blocked me because when I went to his profile it wouldn't let me add him at first. He has now been offline for 9 days but for some reason he declined my friend invite AND deleted the commend on his profile of me asking for him to add me back so I could repay him.
