Appeal description:

Okay, basicly what happend is this user reported me for scamming. The admin asked me if i was ever friends or in contact with this user, i lied about it and said no and im sorry for that. But the main thing is the thing he didnt show the real chat proof. All he showed is a guy called penguin which could by any of the 100k+ and theres multipe around he didnt even show if its really me. All he showed aswell is screenshots while i showed a video which the admin refused to watch cause he doesnt use videos as evidence which i think is bullshit. the easiest thing to fake would be a screenshot i think a video is the most trusted way of showing something in this case. then he mentioned that im lying and stuff and if i come clean ill get in less trouble. So i just said it was me cause i knew i wouldnt win something from someone that is faking screenshots while all i have is my backpack history and a video the admin refuses to watch. So i just said it was me cause i thought the i would only get a warning,sr caution which i would appeal later. but instead i got a SR ban because someone decided it was funny to fake screenshots, or make a false account and then chat around so it looks real. if wondering the video is here: if needed i could give more proof to show my innocence​

More explained story from the beginning.

I added this person to buy some of his items cause i was going to play tf2, i was done with csgo and sold all my items on there for cash and didnt have a single problem.
So i eventually found him because yeah i wanted some of his items to play. So i added him and started to chat about a deal, we came to a conclusion we were gonna do a
paypal trade so i prepared to send him the money. But i had a problem with paypal my bank was blocking the payments i was trying to send so i couldnt do anything.
Then he told me he will report me if i didnt trade with him while i explained i couldnt trade him because of a problem with the payment. so after arguing i deleted him
cause he was starting to get on my nerves and annoyed the hell out of me. i even waited a few days to trade him cause i really like the items he had. But i thought
it was already enough time wasted so i deleted him.

After 1/2 days he made a report against me that i scammed him, which i didn't. so what im guessing is he might a fake report about me to anger me to payback apparently for
not trading him? so i checked out the report and saw all he showed has never happend. I even showed a screenshot of my steam history next to the appeal to show its taken on
the date of the appeal. I even later in the report showed a video! showing me going to my trade history and showing i havent traded him, the last trade i made was 19 november
and the date of the video was 21 november, even shown in bottom right. I said i never contacted him cause i thought that would help but it didnt and im sorry for lying about that
part. Either way i think its extreme bullshit that he can just show a few screenshots that he couldve EASLY edited! and still gets away with it while im showing video proof.

And i told the admin that i did the scam because i knew i wouldnt win something that i cant provide enough proof against. But its just ✿✿✿✿✿✿ed that this guy can get away with
fake screenshots and such. Cause its way to easy these days to edit these. but yeah i told the admin i did it because he said if i get clean it would be better for me.
so i just told him it was me cause i thought the punishment wouldnt be that high.

Its just f✿✿✿ed up that this small thing ended up in me getting sr banned for doing absolutly nothing, ive been steam trading a while and i have never ever scammed someone
in my whole life and i wouldnt do it ever.

and the report happend around 20 november

also the chat isnt showing my name ect, - when you search for the name Penguin, you can find about 31,672 penguins.
