Today, i decided to delve into csgo "trading." I got some money onto my fresh paypal account and i was going to start off buying a ~25$ inventory. I stumbled across "MAT's" ad on CSGOLOUNGE.com and i messaged him, we started discussing a price on his inventory, once we came to an agreement, i asked for his email. I headed over to paypal. Keep in mind, I'm a fairly new paypal user, i go on paypal to purchase things from websites such as "G2A," and "OPSkins" I had never sent money over paypal before. After i sent the money VIA invoice, i returned to the chat and he started talking about how he was reporting me, and how i was getting banned. After saying that i don't understand, and asking for help on what to do he was being rude, then when i finally found the proper way to send money, my card wasn't sending money(i'm investigating that as we speak).​

I made a mistake while typing this, i put no money on my paypal, i was buying with paypal and using my bank card

I made this account a while back to take my ad revenue, and as to that payment, that was a family friend payment, not a customer payment.

I don't understand how I'm getting into this much trouble over a mistake, I didn't realize that i couldn't send money via Invoice.

The transaction wasn't authorizing! I'm still trying to deal with that!

I'm getting punished for my lack of knowledge on the subject, and i can provide proof of innocence. Just because i have little understanding of invoices, and my bank isn't authorizing the transaction doesn't mean my whole reputation should be ruined.
