    Appeal Reason: [Process] Mistake - Admin misunderstood evidence or made a mistake
    Victim Repayment: No, I committed no fraud or had no direct victims

    Appeal description:
    Ok i was talking about a trade with a guy, i was gonna give him an ak-47 aquamarine (ft) for his m4a4 desolate (mw) but he said no, and there was the end of the discussion. But he later told me that i was banned from steamrep and at that point i barely knew what steamrep was but he told me to make an apeal because i told him what really happened, so thats why im here.

    Ok over to what happened.
    I was banned from "Counter offer scam", basically there was this guy that sent a really stupid offer for my ak-47 aquamarine, it was like $10 difference so i decided to troll him a lil, all i did was to counter offer it with my ak for his whole inv.
    He didn't accept or anything but it was just like a joke, i didn't think he would take it seriously or that this was counted as a scam. So i dunno.

    The report was a flat out counter offer scam (and really does not match with what you are saying above either) I suggest you read the report against you and update your appeal accordingly
