Appeal description:

I woke up with a VAC ban this morning, I was confused why, so I panicked and went to check which game I was banned from and I wasn't banned from any of them. But it made me wonder, I added a guy the night before and he asked me why I added him and I add him cause I thought he was pretty friendly and pretty chill, so he told me if I didn't tell him the real reason I added him he would give me a red VAC Banned tag on my account. If you guys could help that would be awesome .​

I choose the wrong Appeal Reasons and plea's

VAC bans are through Valve, not SteamRep. Most of them are automatic as well, so I don't think anything can be done about it.

You could try contacting Steam Support and asking about the VAC ban, but I wouldn't expect much.
