Improper Format Appeal for SR Scammer

I had a player on my friends list, "Treemo" previously known as Noriana and other names. He is my brother and I didn't know he was a scammer. Then I started getting banned from TF2 Warehouse and the outpost and I did not know why. I came here after it told me to and found out he was. I just recently took him off my friends list so now I was just wondering if you could clear my name

If you're claiming your brother was the scammer, you will have to try and provide evidence to support this.

Can I have him testify or something?
