Can you get marked for?

I know that in the past that if you do broker unusual hats for a scammer you can get marked. I posted this because I wanted to know just a little bit about why this does happen beside the fact it makes you look like a scammer yourself.

Yes you can.

Aiding and abetting a scammer, in other words facilitating them and helping them fence illicit goods is just as bad as stealing the damn things in the first place.

Not really a question that needs a reply, everyone knows right from wrong and a reputable trader absolutely should.
