Improper Format (Cnite) MyRittleRoboDucky

We were trading and i accidentally added my silver bk knife w/robots killed aswell as my carb wrench and when he put up the things for the wrench i accepted the trade not knowing that my knife was up for trade and by the time i realised it was too late and my knife was gone. afterwoods he leftteh server and i followed through 3 or 4 different servers until he said he gave it to a friend, which was true it wasnt in his inventory.
it isnt really a scam and it was an equal fault on both our behalfs to accpet the trade, however he knew that the knife was there and i did not. is there anything i can do?
