D2T Question

I am trying to appeal my D2T ban for the last 7 months or so
but every time I visit their site, it seems that's not working.
I visited D2T site 15-20 times in those 7 months. I dought that I am always trying to go there when they have a maintenance or downtime. I believe D2T stoped working months ago.

Can someone give me some info on this ? I can't find anything online. Not even in their Facebook page.

In doing a search on Google it seems they haven't been online since August 15th. This is a cached copy of the website.

Hmm, Leon was online yesterday, and played dota2 last time the 22nd.

So if I want to apply for a SteamREP Appeal it's impossible ?

A 2 year old ban is hunting me, I need a second chance, or at least I need to try get a second chance.

Do you have anything to suggest?
