    Alright, a few things here.
First off, you did not post in proper format. Please read this thread thoroughly: http://forums.steamrep.com/threads/...-look-at-acceptable-format-before-posting.51/
Second, SteamRep does not have the ability to retrieve your scammed items. You can only hope that guilt slaps the scammer across the face and makes him give it back. Considering the person who scammed you, it's not happening. You might want to submit a support ticket to steam instead.

Lastly, when you do money trades, i suggest you look into a person's rep yourself instead of letting the other person give you links. This is because
    • The person could put up a disguised phishing link
    • The person could put up a fake rep site link (which is exactly what happened here)
    • The person could put up the rep thread of a person he is impersonating
Hope you have better luck next time.
    Cheers
