If you're not familiar with SteamRep, what drew you to join up on these forums?

Can you point me to where you read that so I can correct them? That's absolutely not true and utter nonsense. It would be good to get that comment clarified so other people don't do this. Do not spam the forums.

That thread is almost 6 years old and has nothing to do with SteamRep in general. If you wish to report a user for Harassment you can do so thru the Steam reporting method, however reporting someone for being a "jerk" to you isn't something I believe Steam will entertain - block the user and move on as that is what tools Valve gives you to solve your own issues.

You misunderstand what our site is for, we only look into fraud, not users being mean to eachother, we cannot assist you with your specific needs.

To answer your question clear as day: We cannot assist you at all.

Pretty sure the topic you linked is talking about a feature on the Steam forum, not here. It says 'Steam rep', not 'SteamRep'. If you notice below people's names and join date there is 'Reputation' in the link you provided.
