Gifted tag doesn't mean duped, because it Should be gifted if you want to trade it to someone (Untradable).

He's reporting them because in another thread he's accused of trying to sell an obviously duped houwar. He created this thread shortly after (and thus throwing his friend under the bus) to attempt to avoid a tag. There's a log of him trying to sell it to skipper on here.

I posted something relevant to this thing in the other thread, but it does strike me as funny that you have a possible alt of this HOUWR dupper on your account.

That's a pretty big thing to overlook.

The OP was banned by Valve due to moving a duped item.
