    I've responded on that thread-- sounds like a common scammer technique. The other person needs to respect the agreement and repay regardless of what happens on SteamRep. Clearly if there's no scam and he repays, then there's less need to worry about his account scamming others (and maybe he won't be banned in our communities). But it's a bad sign if he's requiring you to try to archive that in order to pay you what you're owed.
