How to get "This user has several impersonators." on my profile?

    I came across this profile today: https://steamrep.com/profiles/76561197996816992

    It has a special note saying "Beware of impersonators! This user has several impersonators.".

    I currently got 60+ impersonators on Steam (or at least 1 impersonator using 60+ accounts pretending to be me) and I would like to know if it's possible to get something similar on my profile too.

    Its not something we do for users (anymore) they dont seem to be tagged as an admin/mod/mm anywhere so I have removed it.
