There is a mistake in that report, there were 3 revoked copies, not 4. And it happened almost 6 months ago.
The third copy was gifted straight to come along with a 'complimentary' Nightfall Character pack.

Description: I Can't Shoot offered to sell Steam Games for 60% of the Steam Store Price at the time being. A lot of people bought games off him. Several months later, he would dispute the payments and all the games would be revoked. Mine happened particularly earlier, but lacked any proper evidence, now there are other people who've also complained, there might be a chance.

This happened almost 6 months ago, I don't think anyone can further support this with chat transcripts.
